PayRewards

PayRewards accounts payable rewards

American businesses move trillions through accounts payable. Most of it earns nothing.

Pay vendors, commercial rent, insurance and utilities by credit card or ACH, even where cards are not accepted. Your card keeps earning like it always has. PayRewards adds 1 or 2 Points per dollar on top. That's the Double Dip.

How it works

Nothing changes for your vendor, or your week

You pay by card or ACH. We deliver funds straight to your vendor's nominated account by ACH, wire or check, arriving in 2 to 3 business days. Pay any expense by card, even where cards are not accepted. Two sets of rewards, one payment.

They keep the same bank details, the same terms and the same remittance.
No vendor account, no card acceptance, no fee passed on to them.
Works on commercial rent, insurance, utilities, subcontractors and trade vendors.
You choose the send date, so terms are met without paying early from your own cash.

Keep your AP platform. Change where the money leaves.

Bill.com, Melio and Mercury capture invoices and route approvals. None of them pay you for the payment. One step in your week changes, and it is the step where rewards can be earned.

Where PayRewards is especially useful

Any US business can earn. It pays off most when these are true.
Recurring bills of real size
Rent, insurance, trade vendors. Above about $20,000 a month the Points comfortably outrun the fee.
Someone in the business travels
Transfers to airline and hotel partners are where a Point reaches the top of its 1 to 2¢ range.
Vendors who refuse cards
The more of your spend that cannot go on a card today, the more this changes.
Approvals already handled
Keep your AP platform for multi-level sign-off and invoice capture. We are the payment step.
Under about $20,000 a month, or if nobody in the business travels, Points still accrue but the math is thinner. We will tell you that on the call rather than after you sign.

“The rewards are incredibly flexible. They're the best rewards program we've used across our business, and we're earning points on expenses we'd be paying anyway.”

Step 1 of 3

Where should we send the invite?

One field. We will ask two more questions after this.
No sales sequence. One invite, three times to choose from.
PayRewards states its Points are generally worth 1 to 2 cents each, and the value depends on how you redeem. Transfers to airline and hotel partners for premium-cabin seats sit at the top of that range and can reach about 3.5 cents; gift cards from 100+ brands and credit against your next invoice sit near 1 cent, at face value. The calculator shows the 1 to 2 cent band rather than the best case, because the best case is a redemption strategy, not a rate.
